About HR Group
Renovation and construction projects brought together through a wide range of building and finishing services.
Practical construction experience, applied to real properties.
Home Renovations Cape Town Group presents itself as a registered construction company working across residential and commercial projects. Its service range spans refurbishment, maintenance, renovations and new construction.
The advantage for renovation clients is straightforward: many projects need several trades working in the right order. A broad in-house/project-managed service offering makes it easier to keep the end result in view from the first demolition work through to final finishes.
Good work is more than the visible finish.
Planning, communication, accuracy, safety and the quality of the concealed work all matter if a renovation is expected to last.
Clear scope
Know what is included and what the project is trying to achieve.
Trade coordination
Sequence work so that one trade does not undo another.
Useful communication
Keep questions and changes visible while the work is underway.
Attention to finish
Allow for final making-good and snag items before handover.
